Description

This impressive block of marble with an inscription about the renewal of (an) abandoned crypt, in Latin, was set by a prominent citizen and patron of the city Drobeta (Turnu Severin, Romania), who financed the restoration of the crypt with his own funds, as specifically stated in the text of this inscription.
